What Does Delayed Period Along With Spotting And Dizziness Indicate?

So I took the sepo birth control shot and I m die for my second on August 19th. I spotted alittle then I stopped. I had intercourse when it stopped but had protection. I ve been eating a lot and I ve been getting dizzy while having very painful headaches. I have now started bleeding again but now its alittle more then before when I spotted. Am I pregnate? What s wrong? Is this normal?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Since you are now due for your next depo shot, which I presume you have not taken, you are likely to experience withdrawal bleeding. This is the most likely cause for your irregular spotting. Return of ovulation occurs in 2-3 months after the depo shot while the average time for pregnancy to occur is usually 9-10 months after the last shot. Please get further help from a specialist. If the spotting does not subside on its own, you may need styptics and hormone supplements. Please maintain a healthy diet and a healthy weight. Take care.
